The Memoirs of Isaac Dumont de Bostaquet: a Gentleman of Normandy, Dianne W. Ressinger, Ed. Just published by the Huguenot Society of Great Britain and Ireland, November 2005. The first English translation of Dumont de Bostaquet’s memoirs. The Society’s editor, Randolph Vigne, has this to say about the book:
[The memoirs] can be read for pleasure while providing a first-hand account of a major historical process which was the backdrop to Dumont de Bostaquet's life as a member of the Huguenot nobility. They include his accounts of the dragonnades, his dramatic escape from France and the subsequent years as a refugee in Holland, England and Ireland which chart his life in exile and his military career in the Williamite army.

This Side the Water: A Huguenot Family in Virginia, by Dianne W. Ressinger. Written for the 1997 conference on Huguenot History in America at the College of Charleston, 1997. A study of the first generation of Fontaines and Maurys in Virginia and their positions of prominence. As teachers and ministers they had a direct impact on Colonial thought and issues which eventually led to the American Revolution. Emphasis on the Reverend Peter Fontaine (and his close friendship with William Byrd of Westover Plantation) and the Reverend James Maury. Based in part on the letters between the “English Fontaines” and the “American Fontaines”. Subjects also include Peter Fontaine’s views on slavery, health issues, family matters and misbehaviors.
